Designing your own happiness is more fun than any game, more exciting than any TV show and more addicting than popcorn.
Overcoming our challenges happens the same way in which we find ourselves immersed in them, one step at a time! We make choices every day to eat something and not something else or watch something on Television which is educational & inspirational or something that is upsetting and laden with fear. We choose to complain to everyone on social media about life being unfair or instead of that we choose to share helpful tools, resources and stories about what we are grateful for.
